COVID-19 Procedures:

Below are our operational procedures that we will be implementing to protect the health and safety of our customers and employees:

Cleaning Procedures

1. Each unit will be cleaned thoroughly at our location or when it is delivered to your location. This includes vacuuming all grass, leaves and other items from your unit. The next step is to use an EPA approved disinfectant for eliminating COVID-19 germs. The name of the disinfectant we use is Lysol Clean & Fresh Multi-surface Cleaner. We apply this product to anywhere someone might have come in contact with the unit. This includes netting, pillars, floors, sliding surfaces, obstacles, steps, and handles.

Contactless Delivery

To help promote social distancing, Bounce-Around is now offering the ability for contactless delivery. Here are the steps for contactless delivery:

1. Approximately 1 to 2 days before your rental, we will call to confirm the drop-off time for the rental, discuss any weather concerns, answer any questions about the rental you may have, ask if anyone in your household has COVID-19 or symptoms of it, and discuss the setup location for your inflatable. Also, we will have you pay the remainder of the balance due at this time via credit card to ensure contactless delivery. If you want contactless delivery, you can inform us at this time and we will send you an email that contains two documents that need signed: a copy of the rental contract, and the rules for the operation of the unit. You can print both pages, sign them and either scan them or take a picture of them and send them back to us via email at info@bounce-around.com.

2. If you chose contactless delivery, when we arrive to setup your inflatable, we will call you to let you know that we have arrived to setup your inflatable. When we are setting up, from a safe distance of more than 6 feet, we will have you confirm that where we setup the inflatable is correct.

3. When we come back to pickup the inflatable, there is no additional papers you need to sign or anything you need to do. We will come at the agreed upon pickup time and take the unit back to our location.
If for some reason you are unable to do contactless delivery, we will take all necessary precautions to follow CDC guidelines on social distancing when we are there to setup your unit. For example, for signing the contract and rules, we ask that you use your own pen and if you like, we will place the contract and rules down on a surface for you to pick up.

Health and Safety Precautions

1. Before the start of every work shift, our employees will be screened for symptoms of COVID-19. Anyone with a high fever or showing symptoms of COVID-19 will not be allowed to work and they will be sent home. Likewise, when we call to confirm the appointment we will confirm with you that nobody in your household has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or are showing any signs of the disease. We will also ask that you check with any guests to see if they have COVID-19 or are showing signs of it before they attend your event.
2. Bounce-Around and its staff will follow all guidelines set forth by the CDC and Pennsylvania Department of Health in regards to cleaning, operating guidelines and social distancing,
